One request, three different verdicts at once
Three parts of one request come back with three different answers — inside one receipt, the decision bundle.
Three requested members in one operation — desk P&L, compensation-driver evidence, adjustment submission — coming back as three simultaneous MemberOutcome dispositions inside one DecisionBundle, with summary_status rendered small and de-emphasised.
Decision surfaces are compositional: one request produces several governance outcomes at once. Summary status is orchestration shorthand, not the decision.
Live compensation/aggregate structured cases build a three-member mixed bundle (canned bundle exactly per the spec table as fallback): ACCEPT_AS_IS, APPLY_PATCHES_AND_RESTRICTIONS (COARSENING_PATCH plus MIN_GROUP_SIZE and NO_FURTHER_BREAKDOWN restrictions), and DENY_OUTSIDE_BOUNDS — rendered as parallel member lanes.
